Short Staffed Solutions Inc. of NY was founded on the idea that the nursing industry’s practices became fundamentally faulty. We are a recruitment staffing firm that has a primary goal of bridging exceptionally skilled nurses to superior institutions to provide excellent quality of care to our patients. We have the sole aim of future-proofing America’s healthcare, realistically for the next three years, at least. This is why our client managers are working hard to accurately communicate with our client institutions to establish their needs.
They collaborate with our recruiters to identify the most qualified applicants for the open positions we are entrusted with filling. We strive for providing a solid working relationship with our candidates and making sure we meet their expectations and help them attain their goals.
