When companies use a staffing agency, employees are technically employed by the agency. Because of this, benefits and paychecks are provided by the staffing agency. Staffing agencies offer competitive rates for employees and many provide insurance benefits as well.
We provide temporary placement which is usually on a thirteen week contract. Temp to Permanent Hiring is also possible. We have a direct hire program that we’re launching soon that gives our clients the option to hire for permanent placement on a 1-2 years contract.
